Policia dhe Prokuroria, shkel\u00ebsit e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs n\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb gruaje, po heshtin dhe po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb shtiren sikur nuk ka ndodhur asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjykata Kushtetuese me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendimi konstatoi se Policia e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb dhe Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb <a><\/a>Prishtin\u00eb, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve t\u00eb tyre pozitive p\u00ebr mbrojtje t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb Sebahates. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, gjykata l\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs institucionet shtet\u00ebrore, q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb trajtuar rastin me seriozitet duke b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ngjarja t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb tragjikisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disa dit\u00eb pas vrasjes s\u00eb Sebahates, Instituti i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi s\u00eb bashku me Rjetin e Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kishin publikuar nj\u00eb raport hulumtues ku kishin gjetur shkeljet q\u00eb kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar trajtimin e k\u00ebtij rasti n\u00eb institucionet p\u00ebrgjegjese. Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit nuk kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb masa p\u00ebr ta adresuar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb institucionale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Mungesa e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb po vazhdon edhe pas publikimit t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese. N\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn p\u00ebr media t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar pas rastit tragjik, Prokuroria Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs kishte mohuar shkeljet eventuale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, n\u00ebn arsyetimin se Sebahatja nuk kishte dashur ta vazhdoj rastin m\u00eb tutje dhe nuk ishte paraqitur her\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb n\u00eb polici si dhe se ish-bashk\u00ebshkorti i saj e kishte mohuar dhun\u00ebn e ushtruar ndaj saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrkitazi me vendimin e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, QIKA k\u00ebrkon dor\u00ebheqjen apo shkarkimin e kryeprokurorit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs Kujtim Munishi, prokurorit t\u00eb rastit si dhe zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb rast. Sebahate Morina u vra sepse shteti d\u00ebshtoi ta mbronte.
