Projekti do t\u00eb hedh\u00eb drit\u00eb mbi pabarazit\u00eb ekzistuese q\u00eb nuk trajtohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive nga ligjet dhe politikat aktuale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
