Universitetet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb SHBA-n\u00eb po p\u00ebrqafojn\u00eb me entuziaz\u00ebm em\u00ebrtimet e t\u00eb qenit nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben pakic\u00ebs ose, si n\u00eb shembullin ton\u00eb, hispanik\u00ebve. Ne shohim nj\u00eb angazhim po aq t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbyer komuniteteve vendase dhe, duke pasur parasysh vendndodhjen gjeografike t\u00eb universitetit ton\u00eb n\u00eb Arizon\u00ebn Veriore, kjo p\u00ebrpjekje \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme dhe e lavd\u00ebrueshme. N\u00eb fakt, n\u00eb Udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesin Strategjik Universitar t\u00eb cilin e kemi miratuar s\u00eb fundmi, iniciativat p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, diversitetin, barazin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen u ngrit\u00ebn si \u00e7\u00ebshtje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, duke reflektuar angazhimin e administrator\u00ebve tan\u00eb si dhe vler\u00ebsimin e tyre t\u00eb mpreht\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshimin e realiteteve racore demografike t\u00eb vendndodhjes son\u00eb specifike. Megjithat\u00eb, dokumenti p\u00ebrmend pak studentet q\u00eb identifikohen si gra n\u00eb universitetin ton\u00eb dhe as nismat nuk pasqyrojn\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimet e grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si studiuese feministe, ne kemi n\u00eb plan t\u00eb par\u00eb analiz\u00ebn dekoloniale, nd\u00ebrsektoriale dhe globale p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar shpjegime p\u00ebr ndryshimin aktual t\u00eb demografis\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa po p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb gjenez\u00ebn e realitetit ton\u00eb t\u00eb ri, kjo ese \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm kolektiv t\u00eb implikimeve t\u00eb t\u00eb qenit nj\u00eb institucion n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb grave. Prej ndalimit t\u00eb grave nga universitetet deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb ato p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e trupit ton\u00eb studentor sot, n\u00eb v\u00ebrejm\u00eb se gj\u00ebrat kan\u00eb ndryshuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb festojm\u00eb sukseset e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb grave n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb, diskursi dominues n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akademin\u00eb amerikane ka miratuar nj\u00eb unaz\u00eb alarmi dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi rreth ndryshimit t\u00eb demografis\u00eb gjinore. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t&#8217;i kushtojm\u00eb koh\u00eb, energji dhe burime p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar plot\u00ebsisht se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb jesh nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben gruas, na k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb japim llogari p\u00ebr &#8220;burrat e munguar&#8221; n\u00eb akademi. Na pyesin: \u201cKu jan\u00eb burrat; pse mungojn\u00eb burrat n\u00eb kampuset tona? \u00c7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer burrat?\u201d Burrat komandojn\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha burimet materiale dhe intelektuale kur shumica e universiteteve u krijuan si hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit p\u00ebr dhe prej tyre. Dhe tani n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb tyre edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto hap\u00ebsira, burrat p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebrqendrohen si subjekte \u201ct\u00eb v\u00ebrteta\u201d q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr burimet tona intelektuale kolektive p\u00ebr t&#8217;i kthyer n\u00eb kampuset universitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viktimat e Patriarkatit: Performanca e dob\u00ebt mes burrave dhe student\u00ebve q\u00eb identifikohen si burra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pra, pse burrat &#8220;mungojn\u00eb&#8221; n\u00eb kampuset universitare? P\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb propozojm\u00eb nj\u00eb hipotez\u00eb pune, ne reflektojm\u00eb mbi p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e paturpsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb metafore feministe, e cila u shpik p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur dhe p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb realitetin vrastar t\u00eb jet\u00ebve t\u00eb humbura t\u00eb miliona fetuseve t\u00eb palindura femra, vajzave t\u00eb reja dhe grave n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn. &#8220;Grat\u00eb e zhdukura&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb term q\u00eb i referohet nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb modalitetesh t\u00eb dhunshme t\u00eb femicidit q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb abortet selektive t\u00eb seksit, neglizhenc\u00ebn beninje t\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb Indi, neverin\u00eb ndaj vajzave si di\u00e7ka e rr\u00ebnjosur kulturalisht n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende gjeografike si dhe grat\u00eb meksikane dhe indigjene t\u00eb zhdukura dhe t\u00eb vrara. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, burrat dhe student\u00ebt e identifikuar si burra nuk jan\u00eb \u201czhdukur\u201d nga kampuset universitare p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs fizike dhe\/ose vrasjes. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, ata po zgjedhin t\u00eb len\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive kolegjet dhe arsimin e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb arsyesh. Megjithat\u00eb, gazeta <em>The Chronicle of Higher Education<\/em> nuk mendoi asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe botoi nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb titulluar \u201cMissing Men\u201d (23 korrik 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, ne gjurmojm\u00eb munges\u00ebn e burrave si n\u00eb sistemin arsimor K-12 (edukimi parashkollor e deri tek klasat 1-12) ashtu edhe n\u00eb mjediset e kampuseve universitare. Sociolog\u00ebt tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mungeswn e angazhimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve burra n\u00eb arsimimin e tyre K-12 si shpjegim. Rreth 90% e m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe 60% e m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb mesme jan\u00eb gra. Duke pasur parasysh historin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies si nj\u00eb profesion i feminizuar n\u00eb SHBA dhe pagat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb K-12, m\u00eb pak burra jan\u00eb joshur p\u00ebr ta vazhduar k\u00ebt\u00eb profesion. Mungesa e modeleve frym\u00ebzuese p\u00ebr student\u00ebt burra p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb ulje t\u00eb angazhimit dhe n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb atyre burrave q\u00eb braktisin shkoll\u00ebn si dhe ndihmon n\u00eb nxitjen e lidhjes tin\u00ebzare shkoll\u00eb-burg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa arsimi i lart\u00eb ka pasur nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb dominuar nga burrat, nga fundi i viteve 1980, shkalla e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb studimeve bachelor p\u00ebr burrat n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive ngeci pasi p\u00ebrfundimi i studimeve nga ana e grave vazhdoi t\u00eb rritet, duke krijuar nj\u00eb pamje t\u00eb ekzagjeruar t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb burrave. Diferencat e pagave n\u00eb treg p\u00ebrkthehen tek grat\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb larta arsimimi por fitojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat t\u00eb ardhura si burrat. Nd\u00ebrsa grat\u00eb beqare kryefamiljare u rrit\u00ebn n\u00eb num\u00ebr, m\u00eb shum\u00eb gra u b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb 40 viteve t\u00eb fundit, p\u00ebrqindja e burrave t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 25 deri n\u00eb 29 vje\u00e7 q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar studimet bachelor n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me rreth 11 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjeje, nga 24 n\u00eb 34.7%. N\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e maskulinitetit nga kufizimet joreale, ne do t\u00eb lejonim q\u00eb fryma e k\u00ebrkimit dhe e shprehjes individuale t\u00eb lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb paimagjinueshme t\u00eb reja dhe krijuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrqendrimi i Grave: P\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia Bir\u00ebsuese midis Grave dhe Studenteve t\u00eb identifikuara si gra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInstitucionet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb grave\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb leksiku aktual dominues q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar universitetet. Por ajo q\u00eb duam t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb e madhe se nomenklatura. P\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e re gjinore e universiteteve n\u00eb vetvete nuk i ka dhe nuk do t&#8217;i projektoj\u00eb k\u00ebto si hap\u00ebsira mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse dhe\/ose feministe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt p\u00ebr t&#8217;u realizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb larg\u00ebt; n\u00ebp\u00ebr universitetet amerikane, grat\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pothuajse 60% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb studentore. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, universitetet jan\u00eb aktualisht institucione n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb grave. Njohja dhe p\u00ebrqafimi i k\u00ebtij realiteti do t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb angazhimin ton\u00eb institucional p\u00ebr t&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbyer trupit ton\u00eb aktual studentor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar thjesht, universitetet dhe kolegjet e komunitetit mund t\u00eb marrin n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb terminologjin\u00eb anakronike si student\u00ebt e vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb &#8211; e cila i referohet nj\u00eb kohe kur student\u00ebt q\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb universitet ishin ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht burra. Universitetet amerikane mund t\u00eb duan t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb nj\u00eb term neutral ndaj gjinis\u00eb si &#8220;student\u00ebt e vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne gjithashtu mund t\u00eb shqyrtojm\u00eb kultur\u00ebn sportive universitare. Nj\u00eb bised\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb universitetin p\u00ebr avancimin dhe promovimin e sportit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e vonuar. Mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjithashtu e dobishme t\u00eb ri-mendohet tradita e grave nxit\u00ebse t\u00eb tifoz\u00ebve, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb objektivizuara seksualisht dhe p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb modele t\u00eb ngacmimit seksual.
