N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, ato thirrje kan\u00eb jehuar fuqish\u00ebm jasht\u00eb, p\u00ebrball\u00eb kuvendit, n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, ku grat\u00eb kosovare jan\u00eb mbledhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar dhe k\u00ebrkuar drejt\u00ebsi gjinore. Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me indiferenc\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve politik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vazhdimisht kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar t\u2019i shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa n\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb prekshme dhe dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7do statistik\u00eb apo e dh\u00ebn\u00eb e re e konfirmon nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr e t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/askapi.rks-gov.net\/Custom\/d8b6019c-eccf-419f-a5b0-9fb7df247ce3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">niveli i papun\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb grave \u00ebsht\u00eb i lart\u00eb<\/a>. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm sip\u00ebrfaqja e nj\u00eb problemi m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb strukturor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDocumentDetail.aspx?ActID=2735\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ligji i pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kosovotwopointzero.com\/ligji-i-stervjeteruar-i-punes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar qe 15 vjet<\/a>, p\u00ebr shembull, p\u00ebrforcon normat patriarkale duke vendosur barr\u00ebn kryesore financiare t\u00eb pushimit t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb te pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi. Kjo praktik\u00eb shkurajon bizneset q\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsojn\u00eb grat\u00eb. Po ashtu ligji, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, duke ia dh\u00ebn\u00eb babait vet\u00ebm dy dit\u00eb t\u00eb lejes prind\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrjashton ata nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta prind\u00ebrore dhe e lidh kujdesin dhe pun\u00ebn e papaguar p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr grat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/masht.rks-gov.net\/statistikat-e-arsimit-ne-kosove-2023-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">numri i kufizuar i institucioneve parashkollore\/\u00e7erdheve publike<\/a>&nbsp;ose mungesa e plot\u00eb e tyre \u2014 62 n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebrderisa n\u00ebnt\u00eb qytete s\u2019kan\u00eb fare \u00e7erdhe publike \u2014 i l\u00eb shum\u00eb gra pa zgjidhje tjera&nbsp;pos kujdesit me orar t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Kjo ua v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson&nbsp;p\u00ebrfshirjen n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs.&nbsp;Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nuk ka p\u00ebrpjekje sistematike p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb ekonomi grat\u00eb rome, ashkalike dhe egjiptiane, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen me mund\u00ebsi dyfish t\u00eb kufizuara p\u00ebr t\u2019u pun\u00ebsuar. Edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuara jan\u00eb grat\u00eb&nbsp;<em>queer<\/em>, q\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me realitete edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb ashpra, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhun\u00ebn n\u00eb familje, izolimin, p\u00ebrjashtimin e konsideruesh\u00ebm nga tregu i pun\u00ebs dhe shkall\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Establishmenti politik ka d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb edhe dispozitat ligjore progresive, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDetail.aspx?ActID=10923\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ligji p\u00ebr Barazi Gjinore<\/a>&nbsp;dhe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rm.coe.int\/168064d3f6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Konventa e Stambollit<\/a>. Nd\u00ebrsa ligji k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, listat e partive politike mezi arrijn\u00eb pragun prej 30% t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb grave. Po ashtu, Konventa e Stambollit \u2014 nj\u00eb traktat historik p\u00ebr luftimin e dhun\u00ebs me baz\u00eb gjinore \u2014 ka pasur ndikim minimal n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrgjigjes s\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje q\u00eb prej kur \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2020.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kosovotwopointzero.com\/moszbatimi-i-vendimeve-gjyqesore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dhunuesit shpesh trajtohen me toleranc\u00eb nga sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org\/en\/documents\/eur73\/7123\/2023\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strehimoret p\u00ebr viktimat jan\u00eb vazhdimisht t\u00eb n\u00ebnfinancuara<\/a>, dhe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kosovotwopointzero.com\/ku-jane-qendrat-per-pune-sociale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">punonj\u00ebsit social\u00eb shpesh nuk kan\u00eb burimet bazike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar mb\u00ebshtetje efektive<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mungesa e nj\u00eb qasjeje feministe brenda institucioneve lejon q\u00eb normat kulturore, q\u00eb e lidhin pron\u00ebn me burrat, t\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb paprekura, duke mir\u00ebmbajtur k\u00ebshtu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/prishtinainsight.com\/non-registration-of-property-in-the-name-of-women-still-a-concern\/#:~:text=But%2C%20in%20Kosovo%2C%20only%2019,they%20can%20mortgage%20the%20property.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00ebrqindjen e ul\u00ebt t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb te grat\u00eb<\/a>. Sigurimi i qasjes n\u00eb pron\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u2019u garantonte grave qasjen n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsueshme, por gjithashtu do t\u00eb kontribuonte n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre ekonomike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, edhe kur ndodhin diskutime t\u00eb fokusuara te \u00e7\u00ebshtjet gjinore, toni patriarkal i Kuvendit vazhdon t\u2019i reduktoj\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup homogjen, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar kryesisht nga rolet e tyre si n\u00ebna brenda familjeve nukleare. Kjo dinamik\u00eb u vu n\u00eb dukje ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht gjat\u00eb dy viteve t\u00eb fundit, gjat\u00eb debatit p\u00ebr&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kryeministri.rks-gov.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Projektligji-per-shendetin-riprodhues-dhe-fertilizimin-e-asistuar-mjekesor.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Projektligjin p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebndetin Riprodhues dhe Fertilizimin t\u00eb Asistuar Mjek\u00ebsor (FAM)<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debati kryesisht u p\u00ebrqendrua te neni 15 i projektligjit, q\u00eb njihte grat\u00eb beqare mbi mosh\u00ebn 18-vje\u00e7are si p\u00ebrfituese t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr FAM. Aktualisht, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb udh\u00ebzimi administrativ, grat\u00eb pa partner\u00eb dhe \u00e7iftet mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen prind\u00ebr p\u00ebrmes FAM n\u00eb spitale private. Megjithat\u00eb, me projektligjin aktual, ky proces do t\u00eb rregullohej edhe n\u00eb sistemin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor publik, me shpenzime shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. Deputet\u00ebt konservator\u00eb bllokuan miratimin e projektligjit, n\u00eb mes nj\u00eb debati t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebruar nga keqkuptime mbi procesin, si dhe nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuar me paragjykime gjinore, duke d\u00ebmtuar thelbin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto diskutime dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh shqet\u00ebsues: p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit politik\u00eb as nuk e kuptojn\u00eb, as nuk kujdesen dhe as nuk i japin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi autonomis\u00eb trupore t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit. Kjo neglizhenc\u00eb reflektohet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb munges\u00ebn e debateve mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtje thelb\u00ebsore, si e drejta p\u00ebr aborte t\u00eb sigurta dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkujdesin e lidhur me afirmim t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr transgrat\u00eb dhe individ\u00ebt jo binar\u00eb, diskriminimi n\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb kujdes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor thekson edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb fshirjen sistematike t\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb thelb, kjo nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me kujdesin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor apo mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur f\u00ebmij\u00eb \u2014 ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me krijimin e hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb sigurta, qoft\u00eb si studente, punonj\u00ebse apo n\u00eb jet\u00ebn familjare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mungesa e k\u00ebtyre debateve reflekton nj\u00eb munges\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve dhe pozicionimeve t\u00eb qarta, q\u00eb reflektohet edhe n\u00eb platformat dhe ofertat elektorale t\u00eb partive politike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb prag t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme 2025, K2.0 analizoi planet e tri subjekteve politike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (PDK), Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (LDK) dhe Aleanc\u00ebs s\u00eb Ardhm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (AAK), e cila garon n\u00eb koalicion me Nisma Socialdemokrate, partin\u00eb Forumi Intelektual E-30 dhe List\u00ebn Konservatore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje (LVV) nuk e ka publikuar ende programin zgjedhor, andaj, K2.0 shqyrtoi hapat q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb gjat\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb vendit n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e fundit, duke par\u00eb se \u00e7ka mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb kjo n\u00ebse marrin nj\u00eb mandat tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LVV, partia n\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe e para q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb plot\u00eb pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ende nuk ka paraqitur nj\u00eb program politik koheziv q\u00eb adreson drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb gjinore. Pavar\u00ebsisht shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb saj t\u00eb konsiderueshme parlamentare, LVV ka d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb pabarazin\u00eb sistematike gjinore, duke zbatuar politika t\u00eb fragmentuara q\u00eb, n\u00eb vend se t\u2019i \u00e7montojn\u00eb, i forcojn\u00eb m\u00eb tej rolet tradicionale gjinore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, kryeministri i tanish\u00ebm dhe kandidati i LVV p\u00ebr kryeminist\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, Albin Kurti, premtoi se mandati i ardhsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb grave n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes iniciativave si \u201cSuperpuna\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb skem\u00ebs p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb rinjve. E lansuar n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2023, kjo nism\u00eb \u2013 e prezantuar si nj\u00eb nga masat ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb rinjve \u2013 ofron subvencione financiare prej 350 eurosh n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb pun\u00ebsojn\u00eb individ\u00eb t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 18 deri n\u00eb 29 vje\u00e7. Gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, kryeministri deklaroi se&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/albini2017\/videos\/9406482442750043\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rreth 14,000 t\u00eb rinj jan\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar<\/a>&nbsp;p\u00ebrmes \u201cSuperpuna,\u201d gjysma e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, sipas tij, jan\u00eb gra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur flitet p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e grave, n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, v\u00ebmendja e qeveris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; p\u00ebrqendruar te skemat p\u00ebr n\u00ebnat lehona dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Grat\u00eb e papuna p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga 170 euro n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb muaj pas lindjes, nd\u00ebrsa grat\u00eb e pun\u00ebsuara p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shum\u00eb p\u00ebr tre muaj, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kompensimit standard p\u00ebr pushimin e lehonis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime ofrojn\u00eb leht\u00ebsim financiar afatshkurt\u00ebr, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr grat\u00eb nga mjedise ekonomikisht t\u00eb pafavorshme, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljes me politika ose nisma t\u00eb tjera ligjore, k\u00ebto politika rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb rolet tradicionale gjinore duke e lidhur vler\u00ebn e grave n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kryesisht me am\u00ebsin\u00eb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LVV nuk ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb asnj\u00eb hap drejt ndryshimit t\u00eb dispozitave p\u00ebr pushim t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb, q\u00eb do kalonin nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00eb substanciale t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij pushimi te shteti, apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar politika p\u00ebr pushimin prind\u00ebror q\u00eb do t\u00eb inkurajonin burrat t\u00eb ndanin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e kujdesit p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Madje, edhe projektligji p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e Ligjit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, q\u00eb ishte pjes\u00eb e Programit Legjislativ t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2023,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kryeministri.rks-gov.net\/blog\/programi-legjislativ-per-vitin-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nuk ekzisonte fare n\u00eb Programin Legjislativ p\u00ebr vitin 2024<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket kujdesit p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, prej fillimit t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, kryeministri ka p\u00ebrmendur disa her\u00eb nj\u00eb ide jokonvencionale, e cila tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb premtim zgjedhor lidhur me kujdesin n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme: shteti do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb gjyshet dhe gjysh\u00ebrit q\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr nip\u00ebrit dhe mbesat e tyre. Megjith\u00ebse ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb, n\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb ting\u00ebllon m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb ide konservatore q\u00eb ia kalon p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e shtetit familjes s\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Mbetet p\u00ebr t\u2019u par\u00eb n\u00ebse kjo politik\u00eb do t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb premtimin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim \u00e7erdhesh. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej ky rast p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur dhe promovuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e edukimit seksual gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, kryeministri Kurti dhe Ministria e Arsimit i t\u00ebrhoq\u00eb doracak\u00ebt, duke ndaluar p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre. E mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb me retorik\u00ebn e \u201cshp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb familjes tradicionale\u201d dhe \u201cmbrojtjes s\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar\u201d, agjenda e tyre, pa program t\u00eb publikuar, mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb narrativa skajshm\u00ebrisht patriarkale e politika pro-nataliste, q\u00eb refuzojn\u00eb hapur drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb gjinore dhe t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb identiteteve jobinare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mungesa e mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr reformat dhe idet\u00eb progresive \u2014 ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me bashkimet mes personave t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit seks, edukimin seksual dhe sh\u00ebndetin riprodhues \u2014 tregon qart\u00eb munges\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkushtimit ndaj drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb gjinore transformuese nga LVV. Nj\u00eb segment, p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cilit LDK synon t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb barazin\u00eb gjinore \u00ebsht\u00eb politika e jashtme e Kosov\u00ebs. Por se si sakt\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb realizohej ky q\u00ebllim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb; n\u00eb program shkruhet se \u201caktivitete, ndarje buxheti, dhe masa konkrete legjislative do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, elementi thelb\u00ebsor i platform\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb familjen si institucion kryesor p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien sociale, q\u00eb manifestohet p\u00ebrmes propozimit p\u00ebr krijimin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Familjes dhe Mir\u00ebqenies Sociale. Sipas tyre, kjo ministri synon t\u00eb unifikoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb koordinoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha politikat dhe programet q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb fokus familjen dhe mir\u00ebqenien e p\u00ebrgjithshme shoq\u00ebrore.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa partia shpesh e thekson familjen si nj\u00eb vler\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore, ajo d\u00ebshton t\u00eb adresoj\u00eb realitetet shtyp\u00ebse p\u00ebr grat\u00eb brenda familjeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, me v\u00ebmendje te dhuna dhe femicidi. Duke romantizuar familjen pa e pranuar karakterin e shpesht\u00eb t\u00eb saj si nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kontrolli dhe dhune ndaj grave, LDK shp\u00ebrfill p\u00ebrvojat e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb shum\u00eb grave dhe faktor\u00ebt sistemik\u00eb q\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb shtypjen e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platforma e LDK-s\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet barazin\u00eb gjinore, por k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn p\u00ebrbrenda nocionit t\u00eb familjes. Kjo reflekton nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrjashtuese, duke neglizhuar individ\u00ebt dhe komunitetet q\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me diskriminim dhe shtypje sistematike. P\u00ebrmes programit \u201cIncentiva e Pron\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb p\u00ebr Familjet e Reja,\u201d q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin \u201cnorma t\u00eb reduktuara interesi, paketa speciale t\u00eb hipotekave dhe subvencione direkte\u201d, LDK premton t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb familjet me f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi pa u ngarkuar me borxhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrballueshme. Politikat pro-nataliste pasqyrohen n\u00eb propozime si ofrimi i 5,000 eurove p\u00ebr lindjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtetja p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar nevojat baz\u00eb dhe esenciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa mb\u00ebshtetja p\u00ebr kujdesin ndaj t\u00eb sapolindurve \u00ebsht\u00eb e dobishme, theksi te inkurajimi p\u00ebr lindjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb ngre pyetje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme rreth ndikimeve t\u00eb mundshme n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat riprodhuese t\u00eb grave, qasjen e grave n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs dhe implikimet m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera shoq\u00ebrore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto politika pro-nataliste shpesh p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb rolet tradicionale gjinore, duke ushtruar presion mbi grat\u00eb dhe duke ushqyer presionin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve ndaj tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb prioritizojn\u00eb lindjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve karshi aspiratave personale ose sh\u00ebndetit, duke kufizuar k\u00ebshtu autonomin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb vendimmarrjen riprodhuese. Edhe pse p\u00ebrfshin disa propozime progresive, nuk ofron strategji t\u00eb qarta dhe t\u00eb zbatueshme p\u00ebr ndryshime rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore. Megjithat\u00eb, PDK e kufizon k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin procedural, pa adresuar barrierat kulturore dhe shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb grat\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre mbi pron\u00ebn.
