P\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb vitin shkollor 2019 \u2013 2020 ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs burr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel arsimor, n\u00eb vitet 2018 \u2013 2019 nuk ka qen\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs burr\u00eb (t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e marra nga Agjencia e Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb analizuara nga QIKA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sfera e arsimit parashkollor historikisht ka qen\u00eb e dominuar nga grat\u00eb, duke reflektuar nj\u00eb prirje shoq\u00ebrore ku rolet e kujdesit shpesh p\u00ebrputhen me pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb tradicionale gjinore. P\u00ebrderisa arsyet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pabarazi gjinore jan\u00eb komplekse dhe t\u00eb shumanshme, disa faktor\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebnp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e burrave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fuqi pun\u00ebtore. Stereotipet dhe paragjykimet shoq\u00ebrore mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsojn\u00eb faktin se rolet edukuese dhe kujdestare jan\u00eb n\u00eb thelb fem\u00ebrore, duke i larguar burrat nga ndjekja e karrier\u00ebs n\u00eb arsimin parafillor. Jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb nivel global v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje e ul\u00ebt e edukator\u00ebve burra n\u00eb arsimin parashkollor. Edhe pse koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit ka pasur rritje, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi numri i tyre mbetet i ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalcommons.usf.edu\/cgi\/viewcontent.cgi?article=1031&amp;context=m3publishing\">Nj\u00eb studim<\/a> i b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Universiteti i Floridas, tregon se globalisht vet\u00ebm 3% e burrave jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb si edukator n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel shkollor. Mungesa e edukator\u00ebve burra krijon nj\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb modeleve t\u00eb dukshme n\u00eb edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb hershme, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr djemt\u00eb.
