Kisha frik\u00eb se intervista nuk do kishte sukses\u201d, vazhdon ajo teksa flet p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim si n\u00ebn\u00ebvetushqyese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb, puna ishte domosdoshm\u00ebri dhe kjo intervist\u00eb nuk ishte \u00e7\u00ebshtje karriere, por ekzistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intervista kishte vazhduar me pyetje t\u00eb tjera, por Blerta tregon se sikleti e kishte kapluar gjith\u00eb trupin dhe mendjen e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e7 e priste, Blerta nuk ishte pranuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas nj\u00eb kohe, ajo ka gjetur nj\u00eb pun\u00eb si sektoriste n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani private.Blerta vazhdon t\u00eb aplikoj\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, por kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar mbi stereotipe dhe standarde patriarkale estetike b\u00ebn q\u00eb, her\u00eb pas here, t\u00eb hezitoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasti i Blert\u00ebs pasqyron p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e shum\u00eb grave t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat diskriminohen apo komentohen p\u00ebr pamjen e tyre gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb rekrutimit, por edhe p\u00ebrmes formave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb diskriminimit, si pyetjet p\u00ebr planifikimin familjar dhe t\u00eb ngjashme..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr grua, G.K. nga Suhareka, thot\u00eb se as nuk arrin deri te intervista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E kualifikuar si financiere, ajo ka aplikuar vazhdimisht p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, por thot\u00eb se shpesh nuk i kthejn\u00eb as p\u00ebrgjigje. Me koh\u00ebn, ka filluar t\u00eb dyshoj\u00eb se fotografia n\u00eb CV mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nga arsyet pse nuk ftohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKam nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje q\u00eb fotografia ime nuk po ju p\u00eblqen\u201d, tregon ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E bindur se paragjykimi po i vinte p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb fotografis\u00eb, ajo thot\u00eb se provoi t\u00eb aplikoj\u00eb edhe pa t\u00eb, por as kjo nuk ndryshoi gj\u00eb &#8211; duke d\u00ebshmuar nj\u00eb realitet ku, edhe kur fotografia nuk paraqitet si kriter zyrtar i aplikimit (edhe pse n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste \u00ebsht\u00eb), ajo vazhdon t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb si k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e heshtur e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pos pasojave financiare, ajo thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrjetimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm i refuzimit dhe ndjenja se po gjykohet p\u00ebr pamjen e saj kan\u00eb ndikuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e saj mendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShpesh rri e mbyllur n\u00eb dhom\u00eb\u201d, thot G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kur fotografia p\u00ebrmbys gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e CV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr shum\u00eb gra n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, pabarazia n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs nis qysh n\u00eb hapin e par\u00eb t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb t\u00eb &#8211; te dokumenti bazik dhe universal i aplikimit: CV-ja (Curriculum Vitae). Ai mb\u00ebshtetet mbi stereotipet mbizot\u00ebruese n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si duhet t\u00eb duken grat\u00eb dhe vajzat &#8211; stereotipe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara dhe t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtura nga standarde patriarkale, t\u00eb cilat vazhdojn\u00eb ta vendosin trupin dhe pamjen e grave n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sociologia Makfire Ademi thot\u00eb se fenomeni i diskriminimit gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb rekrutimit i prek m\u00eb shum\u00eb grat\u00eb, sepse mend\u00ebsia patriarkale dhe standardet estetike n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri destinohen kryesisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb disiplinuar trupat dhe pamjet e grave, e jo p\u00ebr burrat dhe djemt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskriminimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb linear n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet e pun\u00ebs, ndodh m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr pozita ku pun\u00ebtori ka kontakt me klient\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, sidomos n\u00eb sektor\u00eb si administrata, financa, tregtia dhe sh\u00ebrbimet, ekziston nj\u00eb pritshm\u00ebri e pashkruar p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si nj\u00eb grua duhet t\u00eb duket p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsideruar \u201ce p\u00ebrshtatshme\u201d p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVler\u00ebsimet p\u00ebrmes n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb fotografis\u00eb s\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb CV jan\u00eb vlersime subjektive dhe jo profesionale t\u00eb cilat reflektohen mbi&nbsp; norma shoq\u00ebrore ku na hapin shtigje mbi pabarazin\u00eb gjinore, vler\u00ebsimeve jo t\u00eb drejta, etj\u201d, shtoi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ademi thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb shum\u00eb shpesh grat\u00eb gjykohen mbi pamjen, para aft\u00ebsive profesionale dhe intelektuale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grat\u00eb gjykohen dhe paragjykohen p\u00ebr flok\u00ebt, fytyr\u00ebn, mosh\u00ebn, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si \u201cduket\u201d profesionalizmi sipas nj\u00eb kulture q\u00eb vazhdon ta lidh\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e grave me paraqitjen e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saxhide Mustafa nga Instituti Riinvest vler\u00ebson se p\u00ebrfshirja e fotografis\u00eb n\u00eb CV nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kriter formal p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim, por nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e normalizuar q\u00eb e zhvendos v\u00ebmendjen nga p\u00ebrgatitja profesionale te paraqitja vizuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrfshirja e fotografis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rregulluar formalisht si kriter pun\u00ebsimi, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e adoptuar nga modelet standarde t\u00eb CV-ve dhe nga k\u00ebrkesat e kompanive private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas saj, kjo krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykime subjektive qysh n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb aplikimit, para se t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen fare kualifikimet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKjo krijon mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr gjykime subjektive para se t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen kualifikimet, ku pamja fizike, mosha apo m\u00ebnyra e prezantimit vizual ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb selektimin fillestar t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht problematike p\u00ebr grat\u00eb, sepse ato nuk paragjykohen vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse jan\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb bukura\u201d ose \u201cjo t\u00eb bukura\u201d sipas nj\u00eb norme t\u00eb caktuar. Ato paragjykohen edhe n\u00ebse duken \u201cshum\u00eb t\u00eb rregulluara\u201d, \u201cshum\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta\u201d, \u201cshum\u00eb t\u00eb reja\u201d, \u201cshum\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra\u201d, \u201cshum\u00eb serioze\u201d apo \u201cjo mjaftuesh\u00ebm prezantuese\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, grat\u00eb humbin edhe kur p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtaten, edhe kur nuk p\u00ebrshtaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mustafa vler\u00ebson se fotografia n\u00eb CV \u201cnuk do duhej t\u00eb ishte problem\u201d, por thekson se n\u00eb praktik\u00eb krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvendosje t\u00eb fokusit nga kompetencat profesionale te pamja fizike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajo thekson se gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs ka d\u00ebgjuar raportime t\u00eb tilla nga vet\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKam d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dukuri n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Grat\u00eb raportojn\u00eb se n\u00eb intervista hasin n\u00eb komente e pyetje lidhur me statusin martesor apo planifikimin familjar \u00e7ka tregon se diskriminimi nuk ndalet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e CV-s\u00eb, por vazhdon edhe n\u00eb procesin e selektimit gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs. Ka edhe komente t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb vajzat t\u00eb cilat nuk i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmasat trupore, dukjen dhe poashtu grat\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs mesme nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme n\u00eb komunikimin direkt me klient\u00ebt prandaj vler\u00ebsimi estetik para atij profesional\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb nd\u00ebr tjerash ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas Mustaf\u00ebs, k\u00ebto paragjykime krijojn\u00eb barriera t\u00eb padukshme q\u00eb shfaqen her\u00ebt n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e grave dhe ndikojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb avancimin profesional. Kur grat\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen edhe mbi baz\u00eb t\u00eb pamjes, ato m\u00eb rrall\u00eb shihen si kandidate p\u00ebr role drejtuese apo pozita vendimmarr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutje ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se standardet estetike dhe ndikimi i rrjeteve sociale kan\u00eb rritur presionin mbi grat\u00eb, duke krijuar perceptimin se nd\u00ebrhyrja n\u00eb pamje rrit mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKy presion psikologjik nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe ndikon n\u00eb rritjen e depresionit dhe zhg\u00ebnjimit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Mustafa, duke shtuar se kjo i b\u00ebn grat\u00eb t\u00eb hezitojn\u00eb t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pozita m\u00eb t\u00eb larta apo t\u00eb negociojn\u00eb p\u00ebr paga dhe avancim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb i evidentuar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sociologia Ademi thot\u00eb se ky fenomen nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i izoluar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, por \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb rajon dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osce.org\/sites\/default\/files\/f\/documents\/1\/7\/116801.pdf\">&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.osce.org\/sites\/default\/files\/f\/documents\/1\/7\/116801.pdf\">Raporti hulumtues <\/a>&nbsp;i OSBE \u201cDiskriminimi n\u00eb Konkurse p\u00ebr Pun\u00ebsim\u201d, tregon se n\u00eb 25% t\u00eb konkursesve \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar fotografia e CV, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar nj\u00eb baz\u00eb e diskriminimit p\u00ebr 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, kemi kontaktuar OSBE-n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt theksuan se nuk kan\u00eb realizuar ndonj\u00eb raport n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb specifikisht p\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerash, OSBE ka ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e tyre me proceset e aplikimit duke treguar se nuk aplikojn\u00eb fotografi n\u00eb CV, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar rekrutim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMegjithat\u00eb, si nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e mir\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme, OSBE-ja nuk k\u00ebrkon fotografi si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb aplikimit p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar rekrutimin e drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb merit\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patriarkalizmi q\u00eb pos karrier\u00ebs d\u00ebmton edhe sh\u00ebndetin mendor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasojat e k\u00ebsaj forme t\u00eb diskriminimit nuk maten vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb vend pune t\u00eb humbur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valbona Tarifaj, psikiatre n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Klinike Universitare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (QKUK), thot\u00eb se pesioni p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrputhur me pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb estetike t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja serioze psikologjike p\u00ebr grat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajo thekson se n\u00eb praktik\u00eb kujdesi p\u00ebr paraqitjen \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrgatitjes p\u00ebr intervista, por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb keqkuptuar me perceptimin estetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb jesh i rregullt dhe i past\u00ebr, por shum\u00eb rekrutues e kan\u00eb ngat\u00ebrruar k\u00ebt\u00eb me t\u00eb qenurit e bukur n\u00eb perceptimin e tyre, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo, duke shtuar k\u00ebshtu procesi b\u00ebhet i padrejt\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmtues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas saj, shum\u00eb gra e internalizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjykim dhe fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb shohin mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim t\u00eb paraqitjes, \u00e7ka p\u00ebrve\u00e7se e gabuar mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe stresuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKa pasur raste kur kan\u00eb aplikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend pune dhe konkurrenca p\u00ebr rekrutim \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pamjen fizike. Kjo ndikon n\u00eb aspektin psiko-emocional\u201d\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ankthi, humbja e vet\u00ebbesimit, t\u00ebrheqja sociale dhe hezitimi apo refuzimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar s\u00ebrish jan\u00eb pasoja reale t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre praktikave thell\u00ebsisht diskriminuese q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb form\u00ebsojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si grat\u00eb shihen, vler\u00ebsohen dhe p\u00ebrjashtohen nga tregu i pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shum\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs nuk e pranojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb se fotografia ndikon n\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhje. Por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ky ndikimi nuk ekziston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artan Ramaj, menaxher i burimeve njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani private, pranon se fotografia n\u00eb CV vazhdon t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb procesin e rekrutimit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fazat fillestare t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjes, edhe pse ndikimi i saj nganj\u00ebhe\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe i pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse thot\u00eb se ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi i tij, ai thot\u00eb se nga praktika v\u00ebren se \u201cte shum\u00eb rekrutues p\u00ebrshtypja e par\u00eb krijohet shum\u00eb shpejt dhe shpesh bazohet n\u00eb elemente vizuale\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai thekson se kjo situat\u00eb i prek grat\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa burrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb shum\u00eb raste v\u00ebrehet q\u00eb pamja fizike e grave gjykohet m\u00eb rrept\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb Ramaj, duke shtuar se grat\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me pritshm\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb larta p\u00ebr paraqitjen, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e veshjes, grimimin, mosh\u00ebn dhe pamjen profesionale.
