Ato paraqiten si vende ku z\u00ebrat e rinj d\u00ebgjohen, ku idet\u00eb alternative marrin form\u00eb dhe ku kreativiteti shihet si nj\u00eb form\u00eb e liris\u00eb &#8211; liri p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar, p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur pa kufizime dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb imagjinuar realitete ndryshe nga ato q\u00eb na rrethojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, fushat e artit, let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs, filmit, muzik\u00ebs, dizajnit e medias shpesh perceptohen si sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb progresiv\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb &#8211; si nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrpesh\u00eb ndaj strukturave m\u00eb t\u00eb ngurta dhe m\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuese. Megjithat\u00eb, ky perceptim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb universal. P\u00ebrvojat e grave dhe vajzave flasin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb industris\u00eb &#8211; nj\u00eb realitet ku kjo liri \u00ebsht\u00eb e pjesshme, e kusht\u00ebzuar dhe shpesh e pabarabart\u00eb. P\u00ebrtej sfidave profesionale, mbi to r\u00ebndon edhe nj\u00eb presion i vazhduesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb provuar veten: jo vet\u00ebm si krijuese, por edhe si gra q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb justifikojn\u00eb pranin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira publike q\u00eb shpesh i monitorojn\u00eb, i gjykojn\u00eb dhe i mbajn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Liria kreative \u00ebsht\u00eb iluzion i pjessh\u00ebm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb parim, industrit\u00eb kreative duken si hap\u00ebsira ku grat\u00eb mund t\u00eb shprehen lirsh\u00ebm &#8211; p\u00ebrmes veshjeve, k\u00ebng\u00ebve, poezive, novelave apo shfaqjeve artistike. Kjo mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr vet\u00eb-shprehje dhe dukshm\u00ebria e tyre n\u00eb sken\u00eb, n\u00eb rrjete sociale apo n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira kulturore shpesh interpretohet si d\u00ebshmi e emancipimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por kjo liri \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht estetike, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa strukturore. \u201cEdhe pse grat\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pothuajse gjysm\u00ebn e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore n\u00eb sektorin e kultur\u00ebs dhe arg\u00ebtimit, ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara n\u00eb pozitat udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb mbi-p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb pasigurta brenda industris\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/creativity\/en\/articles\/closing-gap-unesco-supports-gender-equality-cultural-and-creative-sectors\">&nbsp;raporti i UNESCO<\/a> p\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt kulturor\u00eb dhe kreativ\u00eb (2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasi q\u00eb mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha grat\u00eb &#8211; ajo varet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga kushtet materiale dhe sociale n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ato krijojn\u00eb. Jo \u00e7do grua ka qasje n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira, rrjete, financim apo koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar art. N\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst ku puna kreative \u00ebsht\u00eb e pasigurt dhe shpesh e n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsuar, liria p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar mbetet e kufizuar nga realitete shum\u00eb konkrete ekonomike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si n\u00eb shum\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb, edhe industrit\u00eb kreative karakterizohen nga pagat e pabarabarta p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. Sipas Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb sektorin e arteve, arg\u00ebtimit dhe rekreacionit grat\u00eb fitojn\u00eb mesatarisht rreth 444 euro n\u00eb muaj, nd\u00ebrsa burrat rreth 569 euro &#8211; nj\u00eb hendek pagash prej rreth 22%. Kjo diferenc\u00eb tregon se edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb q\u00eb pretendohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb progresive dhe e bazuar n\u00eb merit\u00eb, puna e grave vazhdon t\u00eb n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsohet dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnpaguhet sistematikisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsim apo zhvillim t\u00eb pavarur jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara nga faktor\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb strukturor\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku shum\u00eb pak gra posedojn\u00eb dhe trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb pron\u00eb, qasja n\u00eb kapital mbetet e kufizuar. N\u00eb shum\u00eb raste, grat\u00eb duhet t\u00eb negociojn\u00eb vazhdimisht koh\u00ebn, hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar, duke e vendosur veten p\u00ebrball\u00eb pritshm\u00ebrive tradicionale dhe rolit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb familje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb nga jasht\u00eb duket si liri p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb realitet thell\u00ebsisht e kusht\u00ebzuar. Liria kreative pa kushte mund\u00ebsi materiale e sociale mbetet iluzion i pjessh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grat\u00eb nuk gjykohen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb, ato gjykohen edhe p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb. Ndryshe nga burrat, puna e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve shpesh trajtohet si universale, abstrakte dhe e ndar\u00eb nga jeta personale, krijimtaria e grave shpesh personalizohet, duke u lexuar si reflektim i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre intime. Kjo e zhvendos fokusin nga vepra te autorja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrvoja e poetes Yllka Maqedonci e ilustron qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tension mes shkrimit si akt lirie dhe si akt ekspozimi. Nd\u00ebrsa burrat kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb z\u00ebra universal\u00eb, grat\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb rolin e rr\u00ebfyeseve t\u00eb vetes s\u00eb tyre, edhe kur kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ato synojn\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, krijimtaria m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa proces artistik, b\u00ebhet akt i vazhduesh\u00ebm negociimi me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si do t\u00eb lexohet, interpretohet dhe gjykohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb dimension tjet\u00ebr i k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrvoje shfaqet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si grat\u00eb n\u00eb industrit\u00eb kreative shpesh detyrohen t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb role t\u00eb shumta nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht. P\u00ebrvoja e artistes multidisiplinare Diona Kusari e reflekton qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet, ku shum\u00ebfunksionaliteti p\u00ebrjetohet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht si hap\u00ebsir\u00eb lirie dhe si barr\u00eb e vazhdueshme. Ajo e p\u00ebrshkruan k\u00ebt\u00eb proces si nj\u00eb form\u00eb vet\u00eb-krijimi: \u201csi nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbrend\u00ebsuar dhe riem\u00ebrtuar pun\u00ebn e saj, duke nd\u00ebrtuar identitet profesional jasht\u00eb kornizave t\u00eb gatshme dhe pa mb\u00ebshtetje institucionale apo financiare.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, kjo shum\u00ebsi rolesh nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb rezultat i zgjedhjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb strukturave mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse, grat\u00eb shpesh detyrohen t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht krijuese, menaxhere, organizatore dhe avokuese p\u00ebr veten e tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb profesionalisht. Ajo q\u00eb shpesh paraqitet si fleksibilitet apo \u201cmulti-talent\u201d, n\u00eb realitet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj nj\u00eb sistemi q\u00eb nuk ofron siguri dhe e trajton pun\u00ebn artistike si t\u00eb pasigurt dhe dyt\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, vet\u00eb-em\u00ebrtimi dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i identitetit profesional marrin nj\u00eb dimension politik. P\u00ebrmes tyre, grat\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb art, por edhe hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e tyre si krijuese n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebr t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtetur e pranuar. Si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrshkruan ajo, rrug\u00ebtimi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje mes k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe lodhjes, ku edhe nj\u00eb sken\u00eb e vetme mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si p\u00ebrjetohet nj\u00eb film, nd\u00ebrsa pasiguria p\u00ebr veten mbetet e pranishme krahas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, krijimtaria shfaqet si proces i brisht\u00eb, ku eksperimentimi dhe vet\u00ebdyshimi ecin paralel. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo pasiguri nuk buron vet\u00ebm nga natyra e pun\u00ebs artistike, por edhe nga m\u00ebnyra se si kjo pun\u00eb pranohet dhe vler\u00ebsohet.
