K\u00ebshtu i p\u00ebrshkruan dhimbjet q\u00eb p\u00ebrjeton \u00e7do muaj nga cikli menstrual, Vesa Lamaxhema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka dy vjet q\u00eb punon n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej butik\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb pes\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb e tet\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb. P\u00ebrjashtim nga rutina e pun\u00ebs, nuk b\u00ebn as n\u00eb dit\u00ebt kritike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dhimbjeve q\u00eb p\u00ebrjeton nga cikli menstrual, ajo \u00e7do muaj merr medikamente dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb detyruar disa her\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb pushim mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur m\u00eb vjen cikli, kam dhimbje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb barkut, t\u00eb shpin\u00ebs dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe t\u00eb kok\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb pak problematike, sepse p\u00ebrderisa un\u00eb jam me dhimbje, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fizike edhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn psikologjike \u00ebsht\u00eb pak e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb me u fokusu dhe me e dh\u00ebn\u00eb 100 p\u00ebrqindshin n\u00eb pun\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00eb disa gra kan\u00eb dhimbje m\u00eb t\u00eb theksuara gjat\u00eb ciklit e konfirmon edhe gjinekologia, Drita Kabashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo deklaron q\u00eb disa paciente t\u00eb saj detyrohen t\u00eb marrin v\u00ebrtetim mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ta arsyetojn\u00eb munges\u00ebn n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, diku 25-30 p\u00ebr qind e grave q\u00eb kan\u00eb dhimbje t\u00eb forta gjat\u00eb ciklit menstrual. Madje ajo shprehet q\u00eb nuk njeh asnj\u00eb kompani n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb q\u00eb u siguron pun\u00ebtoreve gra nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dhimbjeve menstruale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ndryshe nga vendi aktual i pun\u00ebs dhe ato paraprake, disa qeveri n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe disa kompani vendos\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tej. Aprovuan \u2018Pushimin Menstrual\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pushimi menstrual \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i pushimit me apo pa pages\u00eb. Grat\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb mund t\u00eb marrin nj\u00eb apo m\u00eb shum\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi n\u00eb muaj kur jan\u00eb me perioda dhe ky pushim nuk cil\u00ebsohet si \u2018pushim mjek\u00ebsor\u2019 por specifikohet si \u2018pushim menstrual\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ka shum\u00eb kompani nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht legjislacionit t\u00eb shtetit, kan\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb ta aplikojn\u00eb nj\u00eb pushim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Edhe Kosova ka disa sosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pes\u00eb vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb joqeveritare kosovare vendosi q\u00eb t\u00eb aplikoj\u00eb \u2018Pushimin Menstrual\u2019 duke u bazuar nga shembulli i kompanis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare Nike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Institutin Demokratik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KDI). Ndon\u00ebse fush\u00eb-veprimtaria e k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit dhe Nike-s \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht ndryshe, kjo organizat\u00eb joqeveritare kosovare po e praktikon shembullin q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kompania nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e veshmbathjeve sa i p\u00ebrket pushimit menstrual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGjat\u00eb hulumtimeve t\u00eb cilat i kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se si OJQ-t\u00eb, apo edhe sektor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb e kan\u00eb t\u00eb adresuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, ne kemi p\u00ebrdorur shembullin nga kompania Nike\u201d, shprehet Drejtori i KDI-s\u00eb, Ismet Kryeziu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo organizat\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr aplikimin e lejes menstruale e ka publikuar m\u00eb 8 mars t\u00eb vitit 2015-t\u00eb, si q\u00ebllim i avancimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPushimi menstrual \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrkufizuar si i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb pushimeve dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb integruar n\u00eb rregulloren e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb organizat\u00ebs (pika 11.6). Sipas k\u00ebtij neni, grat\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi n\u00eb muaj. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb diskrecionin e punonj\u00ebsve n\u00ebse ato duan ta shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi shtes\u00eb, pa cenuar dit\u00ebt e pushimit mjek\u00ebsor, vjetor ose pa pages\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeziu shton q\u00eb n\u00eb KDI, 56 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarave n\u00eb vitin 2020 jan\u00eb gra. Sipas tij, e drejta e grave p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushuar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb muaj gjat\u00eb ciklit menstrual, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb motivohen edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm kjo organizat\u00eb joqeveritare n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, q\u00eb praktikon nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pushim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha grat\u00eb punonj\u00ebse q\u00eb kan\u00eb dhimbje n\u00eb dit\u00ebt kritike t\u00eb muajit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qendra p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillime Sociale dhe Hulumtime (SIT), q\u00eb nga shtatori i 2019-\u00ebs, e ka t\u00eb rregulluar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e lejes menstruale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse shembuj konkret nuk kan\u00eb marr nga asnj\u00eb vend apo kompani nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ish K\u00ebshilltarja p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtje Gjinore n\u00eb SIT, Mirishahe Syla, shprehet q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejte t\u00eb till\u00eb, grat\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndihen vetvetja n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, ka tendenca t\u00eb mos diskutohen nevojat apo identitetet e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve nga nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb gjinore, shtimi i k\u00ebsaj perspektive n\u00eb krijimin e \u00e7do politike t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb merren parasysh t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarat gra duke i pranuar ato me t\u00eb gjitha nevojat specifike q\u00eb i kan\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syla ka treguar q\u00eb grat\u00eb e pun\u00ebsuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb marrin nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pushim n\u00eb muaj, n\u00ebse kan\u00eb dhimbje gjat\u00eb ciklit menstrual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQ\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb secilit pun\u00ebtor\/pun\u00ebtore t\u2019i krijohen kushtet e duhura p\u00ebr pun\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb ambient ku ata mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb me t\u00ebr\u00eb potencialin e tyre, pa kufizuar apo rrezikuar ata\/ato bazuar n\u00eb nevojat e tyre t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta q\u00eb mund t\u2019i ken\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si n\u00eb SIT ashtu edhe n\u00eb KDI, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr ciklin menstrual merret n\u00eb mir\u00ebbesim dhe nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb mjekut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy organizata joqeveritare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb grat\u00eb mund t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb n\u00ebse ndjejn\u00eb dhimbje menstruale, n\u00eb shum\u00eb kompani apo institucione vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb tabu \u00e7\u00ebshtja e ciklit menstrual. T\u00eb heshtura p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj tabuje vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbesin edhe dhimbjet e p\u00ebrmuajshme t\u00eb shum\u00eb grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Vesa Lamaxhem\u00ebs shum\u00eb kolege t\u00eb saj edhe pse kan\u00eb dhimbje \u00e7do muaj, kan\u00eb turp t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb leje p\u00ebr pushim pasi epror\u00ebt e tyre jan\u00eb burra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cE kam v\u00ebrejt\u00eb q\u00eb ka shum\u00eb vajza n\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb ngurrojn\u00eb dhe nuk dojn\u00eb q\u00eb menaxheri, gjinia mashkullore m\u00eb konkretisht, ta din\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb dhimbje nga cikli. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mentalitetit, i durojn\u00eb dhimbjet edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb padurueshme\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00eb stigma mbi ciklin menstrual dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi mbi trupin e gruas ekziston ende n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb&nbsp; mendon edhe sociologia Linda Gusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo madje e sheh t\u00eb hershme diskutimin p\u00ebr \u2018Lejen&nbsp; Menstruale\u2019, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mentalitetit dhe perceptimit q\u00eb ka shoq\u00ebria mbi gruan dhe trupin e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb realitetin ekonomik t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb grave kosovare, Gusia gjykon q\u00eb n\u00ebse nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk do hulumtohej si duhet n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, do e thellonte edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb pabarazin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMendoj q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb grave, dhimbja menstruale \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e fuqishme dhe detyrohen t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb, e ato gra duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb pushimi. Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr e medaljes kur flasim p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta \u2013 e ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhja me mir\u00ebqenie ekonomike, n\u00eb sistemin ekonomik q\u00eb ne funksionojm\u00eb kemi diskriminim t\u00eb madh edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pushimit t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb apo edhe n\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i padrejt\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kjo tem\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e hershme p\u00ebr tu diskutuar por n\u00eb Japoni p\u00ebr pushimin menstrual \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar qysh n\u00eb shekullin e kaluar. Nga viti n\u00eb vit numri i grave q\u00eb marrin \u2018Pushim Menstrual\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur duksh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo shton q\u00eb&nbsp; Seirikyuuka&nbsp; (leja menstruale n\u00eb japonisht), ka qen\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e aplikueshme qysh n\u00eb fillimet e saj, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tabus\u00eb q\u00eb e karakterizon ciklin menstrual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGrat\u00eb e kan\u00eb pasur t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb insistojn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pushim. Ende ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb tilla. Por s\u00eb fundmi, sipas mendimit tim shum\u00eb gra p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi marrin medikamente t\u00eb ndryshme\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Japonis\u00eb \u2018Leja Menstruale\u2019 ekziston edhe n\u00eb Indonezi, Taivan, Koren\u00eb e Jugut si dhe n\u00eb Zambia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb asnj\u00eb shtet evropian \u2018Leja Menstruale\u2019 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e legjislacionit shtet\u00ebror, Italia \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti i par\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr ta rregulluar me ligj \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e dhimbjeve menstruale dhe grave n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kat\u00ebr deputete gra nga Partia Demokratike Italiane, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb 2016-\u00ebs propozuan projektligjin p\u00ebr \u2018Lejen Menstruale\u2019, q\u00eb nuk arriti t\u2019i marr\u00eb votat e duhura p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb ligj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feministja italiane, Matilde Cittadini, e kujton koh\u00ebn kur u propozua ky projekt-ligj, si nj\u00eb tem\u00eb q\u00eb ngjalli shum\u00eb debate pro dhe kund\u00ebr n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Ligji kishte shkaktuar polemika n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb italiane. Deputet\u00ebt burra nuk e kishin p\u00ebrkrahur dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, as t\u00eb gjitha deputetet gra si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb ishte e pritshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy draft nuk u mir\u00ebprit pozitivisht nga t\u00eb gjitha deputet\u00ebt gra.
