QIKA në bashkëpunim me Komunën e Lipjanit ka filluar punën për rishikimin e rregulloreve të shkollave në këtë komunë. Qëllimi i këtij bashkëpunimi është ndryshimi dhe përshtatja e këtyre rregulloreve me parimet e të drejtave të njeriut dhe barazisë gjinore.

Në këtë drejtim, QIKA mbajti trajnimin e parë për grupin punues nga Komuna e Lipjanit, të përberë nga përfaqësues të Drejtorisë së Arsimit, mësimdhënës, nxënës, psikologe etj. Udhëhequr nga trajnerja Blendë Pira, grupi u njoftua me konceptet bazë të të drejtave të njeriut, legjislacionin në fuqi, e institucionet kryesore që lidhen më to.

Ky projekt implementohet nga QIKA me ndihmën financiare të Këshillit të Evropës. Pikëpamjet e shprehura nuk mund të konsiderohen në asnjë mënyrë se pasqyrojnë opinionin zyrtar të Këshillit të Evropës.
